This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the Luxembourg entity and become a key member of our team as we continue to substantially grow our business and build out our European & Global operating model.
The role will work with business users and operations management to understand current state operating models, challenges we are solving for and intended outcomes, including identifying how technology can help resolve as we design and implement a consistent operating model leveraging our global footprint to facilitate scale and standardisation.
This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities

Project management and business analysis as we design and implement an Investor Services operating model for GEN II Europe. The scope of this work will cover Client and Investor AML/KYC and Investor Relations activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users and technology teams as part of designing the model including identifying upstream dependencies and downstream impacts/hand-offs.
Collaborate with Senior Management, Quality Control and Compliance to assess the control framework, adherence to global policies and specifically Luxembourg regulatory obligations and oversight responsibilities for work performed out of country.
Define KPI’s and metrics to track project progress, operational readiness and on-going oversight of locations supporting Luxembourg.
Create/validate that appropriate user guides, procedures and job-aides are in place as part of operational readiness steps in advance of go-live dates.
Where appropriate collaborate with stakeholders and the Learning and Development department to design and conduct knowledge assessment tests.
Define KPI’s and metrics to track project progress, operational readiness and on-going oversight of locations supporting Luxembourg.
Create business requirements documents, user stories and use cases to support application development requests to facilitate automation and standardization of processes.
Collaborate with technology, applications, and business teams to support business user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

Prior experience managing projects focusing on process improvement in a cross-jurisdictional environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
5+ years of project management experience and Private Equity experience a plus.
5+ years of financial services experience
Extensive Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in prioritization, processes and procedures.
Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
