Your missions

Are you a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong can-do attitude? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Private Banking team as a Private Banking Assistant.
As Private Banking Assistant, you will :

    • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all their inquiries and needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.
    • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth and clear exchanges of information.
    • Utilize your knowledge of KYC regulations to assist in client onboarding and ongoing compliance processes.
    • Assist in the daily management of client accounts, including processing transactions, updating client records, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information.
    • Arrange and prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations, financial reports, and follow-up actions.
    • Prepare and manage various documents, including account opening forms, investment proposals, and correspondence with clients.
    • Conduct research on market trends and investment opportunities to support Private Bankers in providing informed advice to clients.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Private Bankers, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing client files.
    • Assist in maintaining and enhancing client relationships by delivering personalized service and anticipating client needs.
    • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

    Your ideal profile

    • Previous experience in a private banking or financial services environment is preferred.
    • Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.
    • Solid understanding of KYC and compliance processes within the banking sector.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues.
    • A dynamic and proactive approach, with a strong can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and the team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with banking software systems.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple task and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
    • A client-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
