Quantitative & Regulatory reporting Senior Manager for our regulatory reporting team (m/f)

Institutional investor reporting is part of the Consulting Investment Management (IM) & Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) practice, specialized in advisory and reporting solutions primarily for the asset management sector. Our missions include valuation of financial derivative instruments, delivery of risk, performance and costs analytics for investment funds, as well as regulatory risk reporting for investment funds. We also provide advisory quantitative expertise to the banking and insurance industry sector.
As a senior team leader, we will expect you to do the following:
- Drive our consulting professionals and use your expertise and innovative approaches to ensure the delivery of high quality reporting services and solutions to our clients
- Lead a diverse team of talented consultants, coaching them to their highest potential
- Be actively involved all along the value chain of our regulatory & investor reporting solutions: client onboarding projects, delivery to meet quality, planning and budget objectives, ongoing automation & improvement projects of our reporting platform
- Grow your expertise on underlying regulations, financial derivatives instruments and alternative investment strategies
- Develop your internal and external network to identify potential business opportunities
- Design and publish regularly white papers and eminence on our services

If these apply to you, you are already half-way there! Additionally, we would need the following skills and qualifications for this role:
- A degree (Bachelor or Master) in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence or Information & Communication Technology
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in the financial / consulting industry with at least 3 years’ experience in a team management role
- Proven track record of delivering innovative projects or solutions to internal or external clients
- Strong analytical skills with an efficient and results-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships within a team
- Fluency in English. French and/or German would be considered as an asset
