An established Group of Companies involve in Property Developer and Building Contractor located at Mah Sing Industrial Park , Subang 2 , Shah Alam Selangor, looking the following suitable candidate: -
Account cum Finance Manager
Responsibilities:

To review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual group and each subsidiary companies financial results
Perform tax planning in consultation with tax agent, prepare annual budget, cash flow forecast for Group of Companies.
Ensure compliance to Malaysian & International Accounting & Taxation laws, standards and regulations including Companies Act, Income Tax , GST & other as applicable.
Prepare and responsible for group consolidated financial statements, group management reports.
Review and ensure the company and all its subsidiary companies compliance with group policies, statutory , tax and PLC corporate governance requirements.
Requirements:
Posses at least a degree in accountancy preferably with a least 5 years of working experience.
Excellent communication skill with a least a Credit in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Full-Time positions available.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Proficient with computers, MYOB , Sage and Microsoft Office
