Job Information
Job Title: Account Executive (Mandarin)
Job Function 1: Accounting ,Accounts Officers/Clerks
Job Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong
How urgent is the Role: Very Urgent
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare full set of accounts and relevant schedules/listing; including daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standards and related statutory and tax requirements.
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (eg. Disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enter data into company’s finance system.
  • Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team.
  • Assisting the finance department and senior accounting with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.
  • Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue, cost and expenses.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience related in Accounting functions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Senior Executive with leadership skill specialized in financial services is also welcome to apply, salary can be commensurate based on working experience.
  • Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.
  • Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point and SQL Accounting
  • Required language(s): Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients, English and Bahasa

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
