Job Title: Account Executive (Mandarin)
Job Function 1: Accounting ,Accounts Officers/Clerks
Job Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong
How urgent is the Role: Very Urgent
Job Responsibilities

Prepare full set of accounts and relevant schedules/listing; including daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standards and related statutory and tax requirements.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (eg. Disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enter data into company’s finance system.
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team.
Assisting the finance department and senior accounting with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.
Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue, cost and expenses.
Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience related in Accounting functions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Senior Executive with leadership skill specialized in financial services is also welcome to apply, salary can be commensurate based on working experience.
Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.
Passion to deal with people internally and externally.
Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point and SQL Accounting
Required language(s): Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients, English and Bahasa

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
