Job Description
1) Handle Full Set and consolidation of accounts,
2) Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate of financial report and other related schedules.
3) Responsible for general accounting, account receivable / payable, bank reconciliation, etc
4) Responsible for managing all financial transactions and funds, including daily branch closings and customer payments, to ensure the accuracy and security of financial operations.
5) Prepare financial reports, year end closing management account and ensure deadlines are met.
6) Reporting spending and budget
7) Monthly Profit & Loss reporting
8) Keeping account books and systems up to date.
9) Maintain and control all expenses and trade payable
10) Manage all credit note received
11) Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers etc
Requirement
1) At least Diploma & above, LCCI (Preferred) in Accounting.
2) Minimum 2 years experience in related field
3) Female only (Indian)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8am-4.30pm
