Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM or similar, and in process of obtaining professional qualification.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in accounting or related field is required
• Preferable candidate who is familiar with SQL accounting system, Microsoft office systems and knowledge in accounting
• Able to handle multiple tasks work effectively, work independently, good attitude and self-motivated
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin required.
• Fresh graduates encourage to apply

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team to prepare quotations, generate sales order, DO and invoices
• Support basic book-keeping and accounting tasks such as data entry, payment processing and maintaining financial records
• Monitor account receivable to identify, follow-up overdue payments, and sending of monthly SOA to customers
• To assist daily operational duties, perform any others ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments
• Liaising with internal stakeholders such as sales team on the customer request
