Admin cum Document Controller

Job Descriptions:
  • Utilize the company’s system to process and manage budget requests.
  • Regularly monitor the budget utilization for ongoing projects and departmental expenses.
  • Prepare budget reports and forecast future financial needs.
  • Maintain and manage records and documentation according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to all internal teams.
  • Implement and manage document control processes and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of documentation.
  • Act as the primary administrative liaison for external subsidiary companies.
  • Coordinate communications and ensure timely and effective management of information between headquarters and subsidiaries.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations across subsidiary companies.
  • Track progress of departmental projects, including timelines, milestones, and budget adherence.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to department heads
  • Assist in the resolution of project-related issues and coordinate project support activities.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven 2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness of work, ensuring meticulous execution and adherence to standards.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
