- Experience in handling Petty Cash
- Assist to source for suppliers and vendors for admin related work.
- Handle weekly payment to suppliers and vendors
- Familiar with banking enterprise fund transfer of payment to vendors and suppliers
- To gather and download utilities bills , rentals and etc.
- To manage data entries when needed.
- To update invoices details. Manage, organize, and do filing for payment vouchers, billings and invoices that were issued to the accounts department.
- To update and send payment receipts as proof to suppliers / management staff who hand-in the invoices.
- Manage, update, organize and do regular checking on Supplier Invoices, Outlet Petty Cash, Cash Flow, Rental & Utilities and etc.
- To open and issue repayment bills to certain branch when needed.
- Ability to adapt and adhered to the company's policies & procedures and SOP
- You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ultimately, you should be able to support our senior managers and ensure our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
- Proven work experience as a senior administrative assistant, virtual assistant or executive administrative.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
- Hands on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Available to join immediately
- Mandarin speaking and writing - preferred
- Bahasa Malaysia speaking and writing - preferred
- English speaking and writing - preferred
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
