Admin Operation Executive

Administrative Operations:
· Oversee daily administrative tasks including office operations, supplies management, and coordination of internal events.
· Collaborate with HR to assist in the onboarding of new employees, particularly expats.
· Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
Communication & Coordination:
· Act as the main point of contact for expats, addressing queries related to relocation, housing, legal documentation, etc.
· Liaise with external service providers (immigration consultants, relocation agencies) to ensure a smooth transition for expatriates.
· Maintain clear and effective communication with various internal departments and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Compliance:
· Prepare and deliver regular reports on expat management activities, team performance, and administrative operations.
· Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and relevant laws and regulations, particularly regarding expat management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role
· Experience managing expatriate employees and knowledge of immigration and relocation processes would be a plus.
· Proficiency in My Expats or similar expatriate management software would be a strong advantage.
· Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
