Administrative Intern (Business Development)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Manage and organize digital files, records, and databases for easy retrieval.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, emails, and other business communications.
- Support the team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of client and partner relationships.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and handling office supplies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on new business opportunities.
- Help with the preparation and execution of events, webinars, and client presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other office productivity tools.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
