Administrative Intern (Business Development)

As an Administrative Intern in the Business Development department, you will provide essential support to the team in executing various administrative tasks, assisting with market research, coordinating meetings, and helping with project management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business development and administrative operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct market research and gather data to support business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Manage and organize digital files, records, and databases for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, emails, and other business communications.
  • Support the team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of client and partner relationships.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and handling office supplies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on new business opportunities.
  • Help with the preparation and execution of events, webinars, and client presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other office productivity tools.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
