Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Additional dialects are highly preferred to support training sessions.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Beverage Innovation, Barista Training, Mixology is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.
• Applicants must be willing to travel for work.

Job Description:

• Responsible for training baristas of all brands under Secret Recipe group.
• Establishing new beverage recipes.
• Establish and record approved standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current beverages.
• Responsible to implement quality and sensory evaluation.
• Assist in implementation all new SKUs, improvements or cost saving activities.
• Assist and involved in troubleshooting, brainstorming and contributing expertise throughout the R&D process.
• Keep updated of current beverage trends and technology.
• Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company SOP, food safety standards and Halal requirements
