Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Additional dialects are highly preferred to support training sessions.
At least 1 year of working experience in Beverage Innovation, Barista Training, Mixology is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.
Applicants must be willing to travel for work.
Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description:

Responsible for training baristas of all brands under Secret Recipe group.
Establishing new beverage recipes.
Establish and record approved standard processes and procedures (SOP) for new and current beverages.
Responsible to implement quality and sensory evaluation.
Assist in implementation all new SKUs, improvements or cost saving activities.
Assist and involved in troubleshooting, brainstorming and contributing expertise throughout the R&D process.
Keep updated of current beverage trends and technology.
Ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company SOP, food safety standards and Halal requirements

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
