Job Descriptions: -
➢ Provide company secretarial support services to a portfolio of corporate clients.
➢ Responsible for carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions.
➢ Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms and documents.
➢ Updating and maintaining all relevant statutory records, registers and other documents
➢ Attend Board and General meetings.
➢ Lead and guide a team of junior and semi-senior executives and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
➢ Assist the Company Secretary in company secretarial and administrative matters.
➢ Liaise with clients, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders in connection with company secretarial matters.
➢ Other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements: -
➢ Bachelor Degree in the related field.
➢ Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
➢ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
➢ Meticulous and detail oriented.
➢ Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 per month
