We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Company Secretary Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate company records.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Company Secretary in preparing, filing and maintaining statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Assist in the filing of statutory returns and forms with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) using the SSM4U platform.
• Utilize the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) for the submission of financial statements, annual returns, and other related documents.
• Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
• Assist in the management of secretarial files and ensure the proper execution of company documents.

Qualifications:

• SPM, Diploma or recent graduate degree in Business Administration, Corporate Secretarial Practice, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
