We are seeking a diligent and organized Secretary Assistant Senior to support our Company Secretary with administrative and corporate governance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Malaysia. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Company Secretary in preparing, filing and maintaining statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Assist in the filing of statutory returns and forms with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) using the SSM4U platform.
• Utilize the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) for the submission of financial statements, annual returns, and other related documents.
• Maintain and update corporate records over 250 companies, ensuring compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
• Assist in the management of secretarial files and ensure the proper execution of company documents.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Corporate Secretarial Practice, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and S2000 secretarial software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
