- Ensure excellent client service by providing prompt responses to requests and queries within the specified timeline.
- Manage the lodgement of statutory forms in order to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Follow up with clients on the return of documents and forms and ensure the submission of statutory forms and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the specified deadline.
- Remind clients of the deadline for holding their Annual General Meeting for their respective portfolios.
- Coordinate with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits, addressing their queries on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings of the Board, Board Committees and shareholders.
- Other ad hoc job to be assigned by the superior from time to time;
- Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/ Business/ Law.
- At least 1 year of working experiences in company secretarial field.
- Familiar with the Companies Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm ※Hybrid work
