CONTRACT

- Basic income scheme + Allowance
- Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya (Near MRT)
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls politely, providing great service and confidently handling customer complaints.
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries on Whats App.
- Handle full settlement requests and arrange for sending redemption items to customers.
- To perform telesales for Life Insurance Product.
- Minimum diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Auto Finance industry.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
