Job Scope / Responsibilities :

• Serves customers by providing information and resolution of product and service problems.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about products and services.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Blast promotion messages to existing and new customers.
• Assist and perform some marketing task when necessary.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday : 9am to 5:30pm &
• Alternate Saturday 9am to 5:30pm

Requirements :

• Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.
• Strong computing skills
• Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
