Main Duties:
1. Work by shift, 2 off days per week
2. High Commission
3. Hybrid Working
4. Engage with customer on general enquiries
5. engage with customer on promotional or special project
6. Make appointment for customer to visit branch
7. Engage with customer via Meta, Google, Whatapps, Call
8. Must be fluent in speaking & writing English, Mandarin & Malay
9. Other related task
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma / Degree
2. Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be added advantage
3. Customer care and service minded
4. Age between 21-35 years Only
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Computer literate
7. Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
