1. To liaise and negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure advantageous rates and terms
2. Work closely with sales team and establish competitive solutions with Sales to secure businesses
3. Build and maintain good rapport with carriers and vendors
4. Manage all International/Domestic Import and Export shipments by local transportation or cross border transportation inquiries
5. Practice good collaborations with internal customers (inter departments) and external customers
6. Knowledge of International trade terms and business
7. Assist on generating reports as and when required
8.At least 3 years of working experience, computer literate, and well versed in Microsoft application.9.Must be able to multi-task, organize, and conduct administrative duties as required, a self-starter/proactive, able to work on own initiative and independently.
10.Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
11.Experience in NVOCC / Shipping & Logistics / Forwarding is also encourage to apply.
12. 3 + years in logistics/ NVOCC industry
13.Strong communication skill
14.CRM experience is preferred
15.Able to communicate in Malay and English fluently
