Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via outbound calls
  • Assist and update customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations
  • Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Working Hours:
  • Rotational shifts (Mon - Sun)
  • The earliest shift starts at 8AM, the last shift ends at 9PM
  • 9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)
Salary Package:
  • Basic salary is RM2,000
  • Additional allowance up to Rm200
  • Night shift allowance up to Rm300 (Only applicable to those working on night shifts)
Job Types:
  • Contract Job (24 months)
