Customer Service Executive (Telesales)

Requirements:
You'll play an important role in:
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Responsibility
  • Your operational hours will be 10am - 8:30pm
  • Earliest shift: 10am - 7pm or 11:30am -8:30pm
  • Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour break
  • Passionate on customer experience related tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Possess at least a SPM
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply – PAID TRAINING Provided!!
  • You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
