Customer Service Officer (Immediate Intake)

Job Description:
The Vacant Possession Executive will be responsible for executing and managing the full vacant possession (VP) processes, encompassing preparation before VP to key collection. Key responsibilities include:
  • Execute and manage the complete vacant possession (VP) processes from preparation (before VP) to key collection.
  • Brief customers on the handover process, including the registration in the Handover Vacant Possession (VP) Apps, property handover, checklist, and the handover kit.
  • Attend to property owners for the vacant possession (VP) handover.
  • Coordinate defects rectification works to ensure timely resolution of filed defects.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback in a tactful and timely manner.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of SPM qualification.
  • Experience in property/real estate industry is highly preferable.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred, and candidates with Mandarin language skills will be prioritized.
  • Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia and decent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Availability to work on weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
