Job Responsibilities:
  • To operate the telephone stations to receive, filter and transmit all incoming calls.
  • To answer incoming enquiries from members and clients with regards to the program and accessibility to health care providers or benefits under their respective plans.
  • To entertain members’ complaints and channel them to the respective internal units for appropriate response and ensure that the members will be promptly informed of the results or decision.
Requirements :
  • Age should be 18-35
  • Excellent communication skills(English & Malay)
  • Able to work on rotating shift
  • Malaysia market & 24/7 rotational shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Commission pay
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
