Customer Service Support Representative

Join Our Growing Team as a Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers across the US region. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and advice via email and phone calls.
  • Efficiently manage daily emails and calls, adhering to defined SLAs.
  • Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality standards by adhering to company guidelines and policies.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Night Shift Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Malaysia time) due to the time zone difference between the US and Malaysia.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1+ years proven experience in a customer-facing role or as a customer service representative.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers from the US and China region.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
