Position: Customer Service Exec UOA SUBANG
Date of Join: Must be able to join on 23RD SEPT 2024
Location: UOA SUBANG
Basic Salary: UP TO RM2400
Working Days: Monday – Sunday ( 2Days Off)
Working Operation Hour: Rotational Shift (10AM- 7:30PM)
12 Months contract RENEWABLE/PERM subjected to the performance
JOBSCOPE

• Attending to inbound and emails
• Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
• Assist and resolve customers' inquiries regarding the tickets
• Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly

Requirements:-
Minimum SPM (Pass). Fresh graduates do apply
Good writing & speaking in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literacy
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
