Position: Customer Service Exec UOA SUBANG

Location: UOA SUBANG
Basic Salary: RM2400
Working Days: Monday – Sunday ( 2Days Off)
Working Operation Hour: Rotational Shift WILL DISCUSS DURING THE CALL INTERVIEW
12 Months contract RENEWABLE/PERM subjected to the performance
JOBSCOPE

• • Focusing diligently on voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership

of their concerns

• Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally

managing high inquiry volumes

• Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals

• Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient

• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating

with our Team Leaders and Managers

• Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer

information at all times
Requirements:-
Minimum SPM (Pass). Fresh graduates do apply
Good writing & speaking in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
