CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
DEPARTMENT: WAREHOUSE
JOB LOCATION: JURU (AUTO CITY)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge mails from Customers
  • Plan & execute Warehouse operation
  • Ensure incoming & outgoing activities run smoothly & generate more productivity
  • Plan daily task relate to individual customers & fulfil their requirements
  • To ensure 100% accuracy in recording incoming & outgoing cargoes
  • To maintain good relationship with customer whenever customer need assistance & support
  • To ensure WMS properly update & maintain
  • To issue sales order, delivery order & invoice for customers
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in related field
  • At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
  • Computer literate
  • Required Language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
