Debt Collection Agency (DCA) Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

Leading a team of 3 to 5 members. Day to day supervisory role includes reviewing and reporting on account insights
To drive collections performance of the assigned DCAs in order to achieve Bank's annual target.

To act as the interim person-in-command in the absence of Unit Head to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
In the course of duty, he/she must adhere to strict compliance to BNM guidelines and internal policies/procedures of the Bank.

Job Requirements

Malaysian citizen.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, Accounting related field.
5 years and above experience in leading a collections team in banking or non-banking related industry.
