Debt Collection Agency (DCA) Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 3 to 5 members. Day to day supervisory role includes reviewing and reporting on account insights
To drive collections performance of the assigned DCAs in order to achieve Bank's annual target.

• To act as the interim person-in-command in the absence of Unit Head to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations
• In the course of duty, he/she must adhere to strict compliance to BNM guidelines and internal policies/procedures of the Bank.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, Accounting related field.
• 5 years and above experience in leading a collections team in banking or non-banking related industry.
