Digital Marketing & Media Buyer Manager
Location: Sungai Buloh, Jalan Kusta, Selangor
Salary Range: RM4000 - RM7,500 (based on experience)

i Green Office Furniture is a growing company based in Malaysia, specializing in ergonomic and high-quality office furniture. We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Media Buyer who can take charge of our online marketing efforts, drive business growth, and help us connect with more office manufacturers and corporate clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:

Media Buying & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute high-performing ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, Instagram, and Linked In, ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor ad performance daily and review campaigns weekly, optimizing to achieve better profitability and user engagement.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and stay on top of industry trends, ensuring strategies align with customer needs.
Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with design and copywriting teams, providing feedback and contributing to the creation of ad creatives.
Ad Copywriting: Write engaging copy for search campaigns on Google and Bing, focusing on converting traffic into sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile data and present analysis in monthly and weekly meetings, ensuring transparent communication of campaign performance.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Performance Marketing: Minimum 1 year of experience running sales-driven campaigns on Facebook or Google Ads, with proven results.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data, troubleshoot, and optimize for performance improvements.
Ownership & Accountability: A self-starter with the ability to manage a significant media buying budget and deliver results, even over weekends and holidays.
Creative & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to conceptualize creative ad ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Team Player: Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
