E-commerce Assistant Manager
Kuala Lumpur

Hour of work : Mondays to Fridays – 9am to 6pm
Work closely with : 1) Brand and Retail Merchandisers , 2) Warehouse
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce websites, including products listings, inventory updates, promotions and customer service
- Monitor logistics for online orders, coordinating with fulfilment centers or internal teams to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Monitor the administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms such as Wordpress websites/ Shopee / Lazada / Zalora / Amazon, etc
- Ensure all products are uploaded and synced with full description within a reasonable time frame. Planning on new and existing products upload and removal respectively
- Manage the inventory of online platform effectively to avoid stock-outs and overselling;
- Daily monitor on product reviews / ratings and reply to queries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the E-commerce Manager in exploring strategic initiatives for our online offering
- Continuously monitor competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings on marketplaces. Use competitive intelligence to adjust pricing, marketing, and product strategies.
- Weekly and monthly performance tracking and analysis in order to report to the E-commerce Manager and stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer behaviours, and website analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce operations.
- Providing proper guidance and motivation to the team
1) Academic qualification : Diploma and above
2) Years of experience : 3 years and above

4) Skills :
- Strong leadership, responsible, result-oriented, warm and friendly, hardworking and honest
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
6) Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
7) Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and merchandising principles in handling multi-brands
8) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
9) Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
