English and French Interpreter - Remote

We are looking for a skilled French-English interpreter to bridge communication between French and English-speaking individuals and organizations. In this role, you will handle various tasks such as interpreting conversations, public speaking, simultaneous interpretation, and translating written materials. Your responsibilities will also include cultural mediation, ensuring language proficiency, and maintaining terminology accuracy. This is a remote position requiring flexible working hours.
Role: Language Interpreter (Remote, Work from Home)
Working Hours: Permanent night shift, 40 hours per week
Working Days: 5 days a week, with 2 off days
Salary: RM30 per hour / RM4,800 per month
Training: 105 hours of paid training, scheduled from 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Open to residents of Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication across diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos, and personalities.
  • Provide accurate and clear translations of written materials and interpretations of verbal communication.
  • Interpret questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations, and other forms of verbal communication.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and other required documentation.
  • Adhere to applicable ethical standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Stable and strong Wi-Fi connection.
  • Own a mobile phone (Android 12 or above, i OS 15 or above).
  • Have a laptop or PC.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,800.00 per month
