- Role and responsibility
Managing, and maintaining the enterprise print infrastructure.
- Main tasks
Configuration, management, and maintenance of print infrastructure.
Troubleshooting issues.
Other tasks
Assisting Digital Workplace team in daily tasks.
Participation in various internal projects.
- Qualifications and competences
Professional:
- Advanced skills in setting up and configuring various types of printers (network, local, multifunction, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Follow Me print technologies such as Control Suite, printix , Paper Cut, and others.
- Knowledge of Secure Print.
- Strong skills in scripting languages (e.g., Power Shell) to automate print-related tasks and streamline processes.
- Understanding of Label print (e.g. Nice Label, Bar Tender).
Personal: Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills
Focus area
Enterprise print infrastructure, within the Novonesis organization.
Misc.
IT projects implementation and support.
Working location and Hours
Malaysian working hours between 09-17, 5 days a week.
When needed, on-call standby or special working hours might apply.
Travel activity is limited but travel to Denmark and other sites may be expected.
