Executive, Document Controller

Job Description:

Plan and execution on Quality and Food Safety Management System including:-
To establish, review, recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes where applicable to IMS
To communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for the execution of job-related matters.
To coordinate among the plants / department achieve internal alignment among the factories in terms of company QMS and FSMS practices and related SOP.
Review and follow up on CAR(s) of external & internal audit and verify on the CAR(s)’ closure on timely manner.

To execute Internal Quality Audit (IQA) and Corrective Action Request (CAR) follow-up

To coordinate on Management Review and Food Safety related meeting & to keep track on follow up. To liaise with appropriate departments to resolve customer’s issues , and to ensure proper actions are taken within agreed and reasonable timeline.
Document Change Request update and distribution
To update amendment register and document master list
To ensure all the documents is updated and circulate to respective departments and personnel in timely manner
To perform verification on the changes request
To conduct proper filling for the documentations and maintain documents in

accordance with audit requirements.

Archive and documents management
To ensure all the documents are archieved and maintained as per audit requirements.
To ensure obsolete documents are archieved and maintained as per audit requirements.
To ensure housekeeping periodically on documents that has passed retention period.
Obsolete and disposal
To obsolete and dispose the quality record that exceed the retention period.

Supporting role

To perform additional duties as per assigned by superior.

Job Requirement :
1.Experience in handling ISO 9001, FSSC, ISO 22K, GMP document control.
2. Minimum Degree in Food Science or related field or equivalent related experience (Quality Assurance/Control) or Degree in food related discipline.
3. This person must have knowledge on Quality, Food Safety system. Audit and inspection as part of verification process. Able to communicate with the stakeholders on any raising matters related to the system.
4. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
5. English
6. Bahasa Malaysia
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:

Ayer Keroh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

handling ISO 9001, FSSC, ISO 22K, GMP document control: 1 year (Preferred)
