Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Executive, IT Administration & Support who is comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively. This position will report to the IT Head at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Malaysia.
This role will actively monitor the ticketing system, Inventory Management and supply chain activities ensuring smooth running of business.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Manage & support IT-related hardware and software issues at both the Corporate Office and stores.
Provide help desk and technical support to all end users.
Be on standby and on call during weekends.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Support issues related to CCTV, POS systems, and O365 at the stores.
Regular travel within and outside Klang Valley for support activities.
A few additional tasks that need to be performed based on the requirements.

Your Ingredients

Degree or Master in IT/Computer Science or related discipline; Equivalent training and experience will be considered.
A minimum of 3 years of work experience, experience in Food & Beverage or Retail is an added advantage.
Previous experience in an administrative role will be an advantage.
Clear understanding of ticketing system (Incidents & Service Requests)
Understanding of Inventory management.
