The finance officer be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
1) Responsible for preparation of full set accounts, including preparation of monthly management accounts and accompanying information schedules
2) Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions with focus on accuracy of transactions and internal controls.
3) Ensure monthly accounts are closed on time and provide monthly management reports
4) Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and accounts payable & maintain copies of payment vouchers, invoices, correspondences, and others financial document.
5) Monitor daily cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation.
6) Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents.
7) Prepare invoices, billing, expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
8) To liaise with auditors and coordinate the auditing of accounts for each financial year.
9) Performing other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiors
Responsibilities :

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Requirements: ·
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. ·
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia ·
Required Skill(s): ABSS, MS Excel and Power Point ·
Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. ·
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent numerical skills and finance acumen.

Should have good financial reporting skills.
