• Undertake the annual audit and prepare financial accounts, including group consolidated account; work in hand with the audit and compliance teams to ensure all statutory reporting are completed in a timely manner
• Manage the core accounting team and implement efficient processes for the the AR, AP, GL and Bank functions and to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure financial compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, tax audit and regulatory requirements within the scope of financial management
• Implement, maintain and continuously improve management accounting functions and reporting systems. Develop or recommend solutions to the team for problems and inefficiencies found in processes
• Preparation and review of periodic plans, including production of budgets, forecast and capital expenditure. Prepare rolling forecasts of cashflow, profit/loss and balance sheet. Provide information and prepare report whenever request by management teams.

· Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are often considered advantages.

· Work Experience:

• Significant work experience in finance, typically 5 to 10 years, with at least a few years in a management position.
• Experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and risk management.

· Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in financial software.
• Skills in data analysis and financial modeling.

· Management Skills:

• Ability to lead and manage teams.
• Skills in strategic decision-making and problem-solving.

· Communication Skills:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management.

· Competence in Monitoring and Reporting:

• Experience in preparing financial reports and performance analysis for management.
