Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Manage long term supply availability/continuity to support ISG global manufacturing sites.

Parts forecast analysis and proactively managing demand/supply for rolling 13 weeks basis.
Ensure suppliers’ on time commitment & delivery.
Regularly review the PO, schedule and capacity with suppliers to meet production demand.
Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution.
Inventory and E&O management.
Ensure parts allocation execution at suppliers based on business requirement.
Supply Readiness for New Product Introduction and Mass Production.
Support team to solve daily critical business issue.
Manage and evaluate suppliers performance, quarterly business review.
Work with cross-functional team members on decision making for RFQ winner, supplier selection and strategic partner selection.

Support to achieve inventory and cost target.

People management:

Lead GSM team to achieve both organizational KPIs and company business goals.
Enable talent grows based on Lenovo ISG business needs.

Eligibility and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, logistics, International Business or related field. Advanced degree (Master's) is preferred
Minimum 5 years in procurement , supply chain management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of people management experience.
Fluent English is a must as working language. Chinese as a 2nd language is preferred as extra.
