Job description
· Greeting guests with a smile as they enter.
· Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
· Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
· Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
· Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
· Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.
· Good knowledge of the menu.
· Assistant to take food and beverage orders from Guests.
· Able to explain to guests about food and beverage products.
· Providing great customer service.
· Food Menu and drink menu books are clean to be presentable.
Qualifications
· Minimum education level of Diploma.
· Pleasant appearance, well-groomed, and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to communicate with the guests and anticipate their needs.
· Able to converse and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Ability to smile and diffuse anger naturally.
· Have an enthusiastic and positive personality.
· Profound knowledge of customer service.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
