HR & Admin Executive

The Role
This role will be responsible for coordinating various ESG activities, administrative functions and also supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role also involves providing support to the management team, coordinating office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative activities.

Job Description
1. Promote environmental awareness among staff, organize training sessions, and implement green workplace policies.

2. Collaborate with management to integrate environmental goals into the company’s strategy, ensuring alignment with broader ESG objectives.
3. Ensure that HR-related practices adhere to governance standards, such as legal compliance, ethical leadership, and transparent communication.
4. Provide training on governance topics such as ethics, compliance, and ESG reporting. Ensure employees understand their roles in promoting ethical behaviour.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
6. Ability on designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and initiatives for employee.
7. Manage all HR records and responsibilities to ensure all personal files are updated and manage systematically.
8. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour, legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances and conflict resolution.
10. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee retention.
11. Assist in develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and align with the company’s goals.
12. Manage HR analytics and reporting, including analysing data and making recommendations based on insights.
13. Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in HR Management, with a focus on ESG activities, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as Malaysia employment law and regulations.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information system, HR2000 preferred.5. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
