We are seeking a Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment, contributing to the growth of our business while developing skills in a dynamic environment.

Location
Menara PKNS, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Support the team in identifying potential candidates through job portals and various recruitment platforms
Initial Screening: Conduct resume screenings to shortlist candidates based on specific role requirements by clients
Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process
Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive start and are well-prepared
Administrative Support: Provide assistance in organizing career fairs, recruitment training sessions and networking events

Requirements

Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
Prior internship experience in a recruitment agency an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
