As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process within a dynamic and competitive agency environment.

Location
Menara PKNS, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan
Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Conduct candidate searches to identify individuals who meet specific job requirements
Screening & Interviewing: Perform initial call screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
Client Coordination: Submit candidate profiles and manage interview arrangements to ensure a smooth and timely process between candidates and hiring managers
Selection & Offer Process: Collaborate with clients to select the best-fit candidates and negotiate terms as and when necessary
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Provide weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for continuous improvement

Requirements

2 years of experience within a recruitment agency, preferably in technology recruitment
Demonstrated track record of placing high-calibre mid to senior-level professionals
Capable of effective problem-solving and decision-making
Strong consultative abilities with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
