Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Management/Business Administrations/Degree or any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advance knowledge in Excel is an added advantage.
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Strong MS Office skills applications
• Ability to work independently, is self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities
• Prospecting: Offer insurance / road tax quotations to customer (Engage with customer via phone calls / emails /whatsapp)
• Closing sales: Get customer to make payment for our quotations
• Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads
• Attend to all the sales leads provided by company / new leads
• To assist customer to solve arising insurance problems and continuous follow up with customer until issue is resolved
• To achieve monthly sales quota set by management
• Providing correct quotation and explanations for expanding sales
• Organize, develop and maintain a proper customer data system
• Able to absorb new knowledge and updated with the latest information on the products in order to provide quality services and to attend all inquiries by customers

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
