Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate or intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ERP application support, digital development, project management, and data analytics.

1. ERP Application Support:

• o Assist in the maintenance and support of ERP systems.
• o Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
• o Collaborate with the vendor and business stakeholders to implement ERP enhancements and upgrades.
• o Document support processes and user guides.

• o Participate in the development and maintenance of mobile apps and website applications.
• o Work with developers to test and debug applications.
• o Assist in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
• o Contribute to user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.

• o Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
• o Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
• o Help in managing project documentation and communication.

• o Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data analytics tools.
• o Work with data analysts to identify trends and insights.
• o Support data quality initiatives and data governance practices.

• Basic understanding of ERP systems, digital development, project management, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java Script, Python) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
