Job Title: Java Developer (Java with Web App)
Location: Penang, Malaysia
Experience: 2+ years
Industry: Semiconductor (preferred)
Eligibility: Malaysians only
Availability: Immediate to 30 days
Role Overview:
As a Java Developer, you will work in a collaborative, global Agile team, focusing on functional analysis, design, coding, and support for web applications. You’ll help drive process improvements through automation projects and develop well-structured, efficient code.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
Design, code, and support web applications following industry standards
Engage in functional analysis, documentation, and process improvements
Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable code

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in Java and Angular
Proficiency in HTML/CSS, PL/SQL, Java Script, Type Script, Kubernetes, or Microservices
Familiarity with relational databases (MS SQL or Oracle SQL)
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in large-scale corporations or semiconductor domain
Knowledge of wafer manufacturing processes and Agile development practices

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
