Legal Executive (Fresh Graduate)

- To draft, review and negotiate various contracts, agreements and/or other related legal documents.
- To monitor and manage litigation and court related matters.
- To provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector.
- To liaise with external lawyer on all legal matters.
- To conduct legal research.
- To ensure proper management and administration of legal documents.
- To assist in Intellectual Property/ Trade mark matter.
- To assist in filing documents and attend Tribunal/ Court hearing.
- To ensure compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
- To stay up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business and specific industry.
- Other duties and assignments to be assigned and instructed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Minimum bachelor's degree of Law (LLB)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Possess excellent communication skills and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
- Willing to travel to Taiping office independently if required
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
