Job Responsibilities:

• Receive bookings, process job orders, and execute deliveries accurately according to customer SOPs.
• Prepare and monitor invoicing from job opening to completion for timely submission to billing.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, reporting critical issues to the CS Manager for service improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive issue resolution.
• Monitor shipments closely, updating all relevant parties until delivery is complete.
• Focus on personal productivity and job file management to meet performance targets.
• Follow safety rules and instructions to ensure personnel and workplace safety.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the logistics land transportation industry.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin (preferred), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to follow system processes, work independently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Logistics ERP systems.
