• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing to marketing and sales efforts and providing recommendations to strategic plans and review effectively
• Preparing and completing action plans; Aims to service product quality; High level of customer-service standards; Resolving problems; Identifying trends
• Determine system improvements and implement changes if required
• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives; By forecasting requirements; Sales Reporting; Preparing annual budget; Scheduling expenditures; Analyzing variances; Initiating corrective actions
• Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and achieve business growth
• Efficient and responsive to client needs and achieve a high level of service to client requirements
• Attend corporate meetings and exhibitions when required

Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales and Business Development, Strategic Planning, Business Management, Corporate Leadership, and financial decision-making.
• Proven experience in Corporate Sales
• Proficiency in English / BM / Chinese
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and Strong passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Must be able to develop and execute a business plan to achieve the desired revenue.
• Must be prepared to work beyond the normal work hours whenever required.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
