Responsibilities:

Support and coach the Head of Store (HOS)or PIC to drive sales, achieve customer service standards; and set clear goals/targets for employees.
Ensures that all Store Managers are well-trained in product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales management.
Managing the expenses of the stores
Analyses the sales figures and customers’ feedback and reports to the Management on findings and potential strategies for achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Understands market development within the industry to propose recommendations to the Management in improving business revenue and processes, where applicable
Ensures that all stores are consistent in their application of retail operations procedures and policies; and that any marketing strategies support the Company’s objectives.
Evaluate and provide performance feedback for all stores.
Monitors staff levels across all stores; creates succession planning, recruiting, and training plans to meet current or future business needs.
Assists with any service recovery issues as and when required.
Acts as a liaison with store managers in terms of addressing employees’ relations including disciplinary issues, etc. with the Management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Has more than 5 years of working experience in managing retail operations
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own transport and able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Highlights

5 days' work
9.00 am – 6.00 pm if based at HQ. Weekend will be based as and when required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
